House Rules for the Holiday Apartments

By completing a booking, the guest agrees to these house rules. They are an integral part of the accommodation contract and apply to all accompanying persons.

1. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire apartment, including near windows and doors.

➡️ In case of violation, a flat fee of €250.00 will be charged for additional cleaning and odor removal.

2. No Pets Pets are not allowed.

➡️ In case of violation, a fee of €200.00 will be charged, plus any additional cleaning costs if necessary.

3. Quiet Hours & Conduct

Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise must be kept to a minimum during this time. Parties, events, or disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.

➡️ In the case of serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without notice.

4. Occupancy & Use

The apartment may only be used by the number of guests specified in the booking. Additional guests are not permitted.

➡️ In case of violation, a fee of €100.00 per person per night will be charged. In serious cases, the stay may be terminated.

5. Doors & Windows

All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment. The guest is liable for any resulting damages.

6. Waste & Recycling

Waste must be separated and disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

➡️ In case of significant non-compliance, additional cleaning fees will be charged (minimum €50.00).

7. Kitchen & Appliances

All appliances must be used carefully and as intended. Please ensure that the stove and all electrical devices are switched off when leaving the apartment.

8. Heating & Energy Use

Heating must be used responsibly. Please turn off radiators while ventilating the apartment.

9. Bed Linen & Towels

These are intended for use inside the apartment only.

➡️ In case of heavy soiling or damage, €50.00 per set will be charged.

10. Damages

The guest is liable for all damages caused during the stay to the apartment, its inventory, or equipment. Any damage must be reported immediately. Liability applies in accordance with legal regulations.

11. House Authority

In the event of serious violations of these house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay early.

12. Registration & Tourist Tax

According to Italian law, guests are required to provide valid identification documents. These details will be transmitted to the relevant authorities. The mandatory tourist tax must be paid before check-in.
