2.1 Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of the holiday accommodations offered, as well as the use of this website.
2.2 Conclusion of Contract
An accommodation contract is concluded once a booking has been confirmed by the provider. By making a booking, the guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the house rules.
2.3 Services
The subject of the contract is the short-term rental of holiday accommodations as specified in the booking confirmation.
2.4 Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in Euro. Payments are made via bank transfer or as otherwise agreed. Tourist tax: The legally required tourist tax is to be paid separately unless explicitly included in the price.
2.5 Cancellation
The cancellation conditions stated in the respective booking confirmation apply. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.
2.6 No Right of Withdrawal
According to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services if a specific date or period has been agreed.
2.7 Use of the Accommodation
The accommodation may only be used for private purposes and within the agreed scope. The house rules form an integral part of the contract.
2.8 Liability
Liability of the providers is governed by statutory provisions. No liability is assumed for guests’ personal belongings unless required by law.
2.9 Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Italian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bolzano (BZ), to the extent legally permissible.
